Lavender breeze



Lavender is probably one of my favourite plants. What does its smell remind you of? 
For me, it's the synonym for long summer evenings spent somewhere on the country side... It's the synonym for the sound of crickets and the feeling of a light summer breeze on your skin. Maybe also a synonym for a romantic getaway in Provence. :-)

Oh, by the way, I'm drinking lavender lemonade on the first photo, it's awesome!

There's been a lot of questions how to make the lemonade in the comments, so HERE's the recipe. I only made about 2 glasses of it, so I didn't follow the measures in the recipe. Just follow your feeling. :-)

  5. Oh, I absolutely love your photos! Lavender always makes me think of a trip I took to Nice when I was 17. I love having lavender around simply because it reminds me of that happy time :)

  7. Jaa krasna je levanda, tako za oči kot tudi za nos! Obožujem jo in pri nas doma pogosto zadišđi po sivki. Kadar se lotim malo večje čistilne akcije, potem tudi vse omare premažem z eteričnim oljem sivke in tako kak teden živimo v oblaku tega božanskega vonja :).
    Nasploh imam rada modro cvetoče rožice, poleg sivke je moja najljubša spominčica.
    Limonado bom pa nujno poskusila.
    Lepo srajčko in ogrlico imaš :).

  19. Really lovely photos. I love the scent of lavender (room scent, scented bags for linen closet etc.), but haven't actually ever seen the flowers in reality. They look lovely, and your text reminded me of this really gorgeous photo of lavender fields in Provence! Seeing that would be such a great experience.. :)

    1. I use Olympus E-PL1 with two lens - 14-42mm and 40-150mm. I love this camera because it's quite good and reallyyyy practical, so easy to carry around. :)
