Weekly Snippets #1

Studying with a cup of black tea + milk.

11 days. It's been exactly 11 days since I last posted on this blog. I think that's the longest my blog has every been without a new post!

Here's the thing. I've been lacking inspiration and time lately. With all the work at college, I can't seem to find the time to even think about anything else than my essay and exam topics (I mean, I could post about law of armed conflict; or developments in Mali; or the right to self determination in Western Europe. But I don't think you'd want to read about that :-).

Anyway, I've been thinking about making a new series, called the "Weekly Snippets". I'd report on my week here, show you some photos, and most of all, share some of the really cool links and articles I read during the week. Something for you to read over your Saturday morning coffee. I really hope this will turn into an actual series and not into a post a month. Haha. :-)

Anyway, some really cool links I've encountered spent way too much time on last week:

This photographer (I instantly fell in love with his surreal photo montages. So much imagination!).

This music playlist (well, all the playlists made by theflowerchild really).

This travel photo makes me want to go back to Tuscany!

This article about 22 most impressive students at Harvard in 2012. Inspiring and motivating.

This poem (I already made one of the lines my cover photo on FB).

This movie (I love quality romantic comedies that lighten me up, and this is just the perfect movie for it).

This man, an inspiration (Aaron Swartz).

This quote (about reading).

Have a cool weekend everybody!

P.S. The winner of Oh Henry giveaway is zancolina! Congrats!
