Rome at sundown

I swear everything and everyone is at its most beautiful self at sunrise and sundown.

Anyway, Rome. It really is glorious. Although a bit too touristy in my opinion. Crowds of people literally everywhere, and shops, shops, shops, hotels, hotels, restaurants. All the history and magnificent monuments fade away in all that hustle and bustle. But at sundown... it regains a little bit of that old majestic spirit.

  2. You caught the city so well! I agree about all of the tourism, but if you look hard enough you'll find just that bit of history behind the hustle and bustle. And it seems like you have! Enjoy!
